We Operate By Pre-Order Only
How we work
As we are a small bespoke business. We only process one Dexter a month to coincide with Moffat Farmers Market (occassionally we also process lamb at the same time). Because of this we are only stocked for limited times during the year.
To accommodate this we set pre-order limits every month on our website.
Please note our website will take payment at the point of sale even if the Dexter or lamb may not be avaiable for several weeks.
Our Lamb is not available or sold at the Farmers Market.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders the Monday after Moffat Farmers Market unless its a bank holiday in which case we will dispatch on the Tuesday instead.
To the right you will see the Market times for the current year and the following year as a guide to when our next Dexter is due.

Shipping Locations
We only ship to the UK.
Due to the Perishable nature of our products and our desire to ensure they are received in pristine condition, we are unable to ship to the following locations: Highlands, Islands, and rural Northern Ireland.
Shipping Method
All our orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
This service aims to deliver items within24 hours and is tracked to delivery point for peace of mind.
Our produce is shipped in cardboard packaging which is lined with "woolcool" fleece liners and gel ice packs which is suitable for up to 48 hours.
Please provide the correct address
Address labels are printed automatically via our Royal Mail portal. It is the buyers responsibility to check they have provided the correct address. We are unable to accept liability for incorrectly addressed orders nor the replacement of any lost goods as a result.
