Shipping & Delivery Policy

As we are shipping fresh produce to you and we want it to arrive in pristine condition it is important that you read through our policy to help avoid disappointment.

Ordering & Delivery Schedule

We will notify customers when new produce becomes available for pre-order via our ERLivestockUK facebook page or by email if you have signed up to our mailing list.

We will look to start shipping the day after receipt of new stock.

Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays) for delivery the next day.

ANY orders made after end of business hours Friday will be delivered on the Tuesday.

Delivery Charges

We charge £15 per order for shipping our fresh meat and lamb.

Delivery Restrictions


We cannot send deliveries that coincide with Bank Holidays.

Sometimes postal strikes may impact our ability to make deliveries


Northern Ireland, Islands, some parts of Northern Scotland, remote outlying locations

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to some highland postcodes, channel Islands, Isle of Man, remote outlying locations, Scottish islands and Northern Ireland due to the lack of a guaranteed next day delivery option.

Also as we are a small bespoke business we do not qualify for enhanced business courier services.


Delivery is currently unavailable to the below postcodes:

AB36-38, AB55-56, BT1-99, CX99, D1-49, GL65, GX99, GY1-10, HS1-9, IM1-9, IM86, IM99, IOM, IV1-28, IV30-36, IV40-56, IV63, IV99, JE1-5, KA27-28, KS24, KW1-17, PA20-50, PA60-78, PA80-88, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, REH1, TR21-25, ZE1-3

Any orders processed for restricted locations will unfortunately be cancelled and refunded.

Correct & Complete Contact Details

To give you the best possible service please ensure you supply a contact number and email address so that delivery updates can be sent, or in case our courier needs to contact you concerning your delivery and to provide you with your delivery slot. E & R Livestock will not accept responsibility for erroneous or incomplete address details provided when ordering so if using google pay / apple pay (for example) please ensure your details are correct prior to paying.



All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail using their premium service to ensure timely delivery.

We recommend you download the Royal Mail app so that you can track your order.


Deliveries are made Tuesday  to Saturday and will typically be delivered with your regular Royal Mail delivery.

You will be provided with a delivery window by text and / or email (please note, this is an estimate, and on rare occasions deliveries may be made outside of this window).

The Courier will first attempt to deliver to your address and then a safe place if provided.

Not going to be home?

If you are not going to be at home to accept delivery of your order you must give us alternative arrangements. For example “leave with neighbour” or “leave in shed “.


If you give this as a gift, please let the recipient know that it is coming. E & R Livestock cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to recipients not being available or contactable.
